April 20th, 1999 a music video was filmed at Shooters featuring "Web Dalton and the Web Dalton Gang" with their new song "Honk if you want to honkey tonk".

In 1992 a show called Memphis Stepping Out was filmed at Shooters (as well as other dance halls around the Memphis area). It was a show taylored after Club Dance.

Two local radio personalities hosted the show which was shown on WPTY 24 on Sunday nights.
